PRODUCTS

Ailani specializes in custom and personalized jewelry.

Because our products may be customized specifically for each customer, the final appearance of a piece may have minor variations from photographs or digital representations.

Colors, finishes, stones, engraving, sizing, and other details may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing processes, and screen settings.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Names
• Spelling
• Dates
• Numbers
• Initials
• Photos
• Other custom information

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders require up to 24 days for processing and production.

This timeframe is separate from shipping and carrier transit time.

Orders may be completed sooner, but customers should allow the full 24-day processing period before contacting Ailani regarding an order that has not yet shipped.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

Shipping begins after the order has completed processing and has been shipped.

Ailani is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information
• Providing accurate personalization information
• Reviewing their order before purchasing
• Selecting the appropriate product and options
• Reading product descriptions and store policies before ordering

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original Ailani branding, logos, photographs, graphics, written content, product designs, and other original website content belong to Ailani or are used with appropriate permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

WEBSITE CONTENT

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, pricing, photographs, and descriptions are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Ailani reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or product-information error, subject to applicable law.
