SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for supporting Ailani! Because our jewelry is custom-made and produced specifically for each order, please read our processing and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is NOT the same as shipping time.

All Ailani orders have an estimated processing time of up to 24 days.

Processing begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. During this time, your jewelry is being customized, produced, inspected, and prepared for shipment.

Your order may be completed sooner than 24 days, but please allow the full 24-day processing period before contacting us about the status of an order.

Because Ailani is a growing small business, we order and produce items according to customer orders in order to keep costs reasonable. This means production can take time, especially for personalized and custom-made pieces.

Please do not consider your order late until the full 24-day processing period has passed.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time begins AFTER your order has finished processing and has been shipped.

The shipping fee you pay at checkout covers the shipping service selected for your order. It does not include or shorten the processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Actual delivery time can vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs, and other circumstances outside of Ailani's control.

IMPORTANT ORDER TIMELINE

Your order follows this general timeline:

Order placed → Processing & production → Order shipped → Carrier transit → Delivery

Please allow the full 24-day processing period before becoming concerned about an order's status.

If your order has not shipped after the stated processing period has passed, please contact us so we can look into the status of your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been shipped, Ailani is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We will always do our best to assist you if a shipping issue occurs.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may be required before the order can be reshipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because custom jewelry may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once production has begun.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact Ailani first so that we have an opportunity to assist you.

Because orders may require up to 24 days to process, please allow the stated processing period to pass before assuming that an order has been lost or abandoned.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law or your payment provider's policies.
